By Kiani Shabazz

A week after dubbing himself the “best rapper under 25” on his “FABEV Freestyle,” the promising Maryland emcee Cordae is preparing to release his highly-anticipated sophomore studio album, From a Bird’s Eye View

On Monday (January 10), Cordae revealed the official tracklist to his upcoming project, featuring a star-studded list of contributors including verses from  Lil Wayne, Eminem, Gunna, H.E.R., and Lil Durk. But one track's list of contributors stands out.

On “Champagne Glasses," Cordae recruited the all-star team of Nas, Freddie Gibbs, and the great Stevie Wonder. Cordae, who frequently displays his appreciation for classic hip-hop, made an appearance on Nas’ “The Bridge” podcast where he expressed his love for Nas and explained what an honor it would be to work on a record with him, making this a notable milestone for the emerging rapper.

“This is my first time meeting the god and it's an honor to the highest level,” Cordae expressed to Nas. “I mean honestly, your whole catalog, I know it from top to bottom.”
